A rose is a rose
Except when it is not
But if a rose could talk
And it said it was not
Would it still be a rose?

Roses are lovers
Loners are blues
I’ll be happy
As long as I’m with you.

ROSE 3

Roses are red, Violets are blue.
I know you can write poetry too.
So do like I do...
Think of something you want said.
Then write it down from your point of view.
Just try it, let pen to paper be wed.
Let it flow, let it fly,
And you'll find the words flew
Right out of your head
And into the poem.
See how easy it is?

Love is a long, long rose.
First you fall for its beauty,
Then you prick yourself on the thorns.
