Headwaters of the Sacramento River
All gear, willows, wood, rocks, and blankets & tarps were carried over a quarter mile to the sweat site. There was enough wood to keep the fire burning 24/7 from Tuesday night to Saturday morning. On Saturday everything remaining was carried back out and the site was restored to its natural condition.
